I started working on a meme and somehow wound up doodling Sailor Moon. Yeah. I don't quite understand it myself.

Also, HOLY CRAAAAPP. It feels like it's been forever since I've drawn this girl, especially since I used to draw Sailor Moon fanart ALL THE FREAKING TIME. I have scribbled out a Mina or two over the past few years, but I haven't bothered to try any of the other girls in a long time.

As such, I flubbed her outfit a bit. I think I got a good deal of the details down but I don't feel like getting a reference to check and fix. :B
